Confidential information processed under consulting engagements or enterprise agreements is governed by the applicable contractual terms and is not modified by this Privacy Policy.

Depending on the context, Domelabs may act either as a controller of personal information or as a service provider/processor on behalf of enterprise customers.

With respect to Website visitors and general business contacts, Domelabs acts as a controller and determines the purposes and means of processing personal information.

With respect to information submitted into the Platform by enterprise customers and their authorized users (“Customer Data”), Domelabs acts as a service provider or processor and processes such information solely in accordance with the instructions of the relevant customer and applicable agreements.

Information We Collect
We collect personal information that individuals voluntarily provide to us when they contact us, request information, register for access to the Platform, or communicate with us for support or business purposes. This information may include name, business email address, company affiliation, title, phone number, authentication credentials, and the contents of communications.

When the Platform is used by enterprise customers, authorized users may submit information in connection with governance, documentation, or compliance-related workflows. Such information is processed as Customer Data under the direction of the applicable enterprise customer.

In addition, when individuals access the Website or Platform, certain information may be collected automatically for operational and security purposes. This may include IP address, device and browser characteristics, access timestamps, log data, session information, and usage metrics necessary to maintain system integrity, security, and performance.

How We Use Personal Information
Domelabs uses personal information to operate, maintain, and improve the Website and Platform; to provide services to enterprise customers; to authenticate users and manage access controls; to respond to inquiries and provide support; to maintain system security; to detect, prevent, and respond to unauthorized activity; to comply with legal obligations; and to enforce contractual rights.

We do not sell personal information.

Customer Data submitted into the Platform is processed solely for the purpose of providing services to the relevant enterprise customer. Domelabs does not use Customer Data for advertising purposes and does not use Customer Data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models. Access to Customer Data is restricted to authorized personnel who require such access for legitimate business purposes, including support, security, and compliance.

Legal Basis for Processing
Where required by applicable law, we process personal information on the basis of contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where applicable.

Disclosure of Information
